Report writing
of the 2014 Cameroon Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS)
The MICS’s
report covers a wide range of statistically sound, internationally comparable
estimates of key indicators that are used to assess the situation of children
and women in the areas of health, education, child protection and HIV/AIDS. The
report covers indicators on child mortality, nutrition, breastfeeding and
infant feeding, tetanus toxoid, malaria/fever, water and sanitation,
reproductive health, maternal and newborn health, child development, literacy
and education, child protection, early marriage, sexual behavior, access to
Mass Media and Information, tobacco and alcohol use, and general well being.
The goal was
to work with the National Institute of Statistics and other stakeholders in the
finalization of the 2014 MICS report.
Responsibilities
included:

Write
up and finalization of the reproductive health section, Newborn/child health, Newborn/child
mortality, Infant and Young children feeding including breastfeeding
·
Develop
pamphlets for the dissemination of the results of MICS 5
