PURPOSE OF POST:
This
post will be actively engaged in HACT activities in CMR but will also provide
technical assistance and oversight to zonal field offices in Maroua and
Bertoua
|
REPORTS TO:
Deputy
Representative

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
and DUTIES & TASKS
§
In consultation
with the Regional Programme (HACT) Specialist, provide technical support,
undertake capacity building and participate in the development and assessment
of HACT plans.
|

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
1.Education:
.
Advanced university degree in accounting, business administration,
economics, or developmental studies
2. Work Experience:
Five years of relevant international professional work
experience in finance and/or programme management. Demonstrated experience implementing and
monitoring HACT or other grant management oversight approaches.
UNICEF
experience or other UN agency is highly desirable.
Experience
providing training in various cultural settings, especially in a developing
country is highly desirable.
Familiarity
with United Nations and government financial management systems required.
Experience
using SAP is highly desirable.
Audit
experience in development agencies or an international organization is highly
desirable.
